- Smoke-N-Byrdz BBQ is a paperless company, we only give emailed receipts to our customers to help save our environment and the cutting down of trees. At Smoke-N-Byrdz BBQ, we use no plastic cutlery. We serve a GIANT turkey legs on the bone. We can serve them on a recycled plate or foil, but no cutlery is given to our customers.
